“You’ve done enough self-help. You’re ready to actually meet yourself.”
About My Work
My clients are smart, self-aware, and usually a little tired of talking about their problems without getting anywhere new. They’ve often tried therapy before. They read the books. They know the words. What they haven’t found yet is a process that goes underneath all of that — into the parts of themselves that are actually running the show.
That’s where I work.
I practice Internal Family Systems therapy, which means I’m not interested in managing your symptoms or teaching you to cope better with a life that isn’t working. I’m interested in what’s underneath — the internal system that’s been protecting you, sometimes at great cost. My job isn’t to tell you what’s wrong or how to fix it. It’s to help you get curious about what’s already there.
Sessions with me are unhurried. Sometimes quiet. Occasionally surprising. Clients often describe them as the most honest conversation they have all week.
Who I Work With
I see adults 25+ who are navigating one or more of the following:
-
Religious trauma or a significant shift in faith and identity
-
Neurodiversity — especially adults coming to an Autism, ADHD, or AuDHD understanding of themselves later in life
-
Queer identity exploration and integration, particularly in adults navigating faith, family, or late self-discovery
-
Depression or anxiety that hasn’t responded to traditional talk therapy
-
A sense of being stuck that they can’t quite explain
I also see therapists as therapy clients — particularly those navigating the personal dimensions of this work, professional burnout, or their own parts that show up in the room.
