About Me

Even our closest and most important relationships are at times fraught with tension and confusion. Erica has spent her career helping people navigate through those times. With more than fifteen years of experience, she can untangle all types of relationships, including friendships, marriages, partnerships (both personal and professional), and familial bonds.

Erica views the client/therapist relationship as collaborative, and encourages her clients to bring their own unique perspectives, discoveries, and ideas to each session.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Erica is trained to understand people within the context of their inner circles, as well as the greater context of culture and society. She believes identities and life experiences greatly influence relationship habits, and facilitates discussion about those topics throughout the course of therapy.
