About Me
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling at Northwestern University, and I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep empathy into the therapy room. My approach is rooted in an eclectic mix of family systems and psychodynamic theory, which allows me to meet clients where they are while gently guiding them toward insight and change.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technician, supporting individuals with treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. I’m also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for adolescents, and I have a strong foundation in trauma-informed care.
I believe therapy is a space for uncovering the strengths you already carry. My role is to help you connect with your inner clarity and support you in becoming more of who you already are.
