About Me
In an individual or group session, I aim to bring a warm, curious, and deeply compassionate energy into the room. I believe that every person has their own unique story to tell, and I strive to honor that by providing personalized therapy to fit your specific needs. I draw mainly from family systems and psychodynamic therapy, which allows me to bring past or subconscious thoughts to the surface and gently guide you toward self-insight.
During my 18-month internship, I had the opportunity to work at a community group practice serving a wide array of clients, including children, teens, adults, and families within the Chicagoland area. I also became certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for adolescents and built a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. As an Oak Park native, I’m thrilled to give back to my community and continue providing services in my hometown.
Life can bring its heavy challenges, and sometimes we end up carrying that emotional weight for far longer than we realize—you don’t have to hold it all on your own anymore. Through our work together, I believe you can get to a place where you feel lighter, more grounded, and in control of your life again.
