Who This Is For
IFS-trained therapists at any stage who are looking for a consultation relationship that takes the model seriously. You don’t need to be a beginner. You do need to be genuinely curious about your own internal system and how it shows up in the room.
I also work with IFS-informed therapists who want to deepen their connection to the model but haven’t yet completed a formal Level 1 training. If you’re drawn to the work and want support exploring it, reach out.
I work especially well with clinicians navigating complex trauma, religious trauma, neurodiversity, queer identity, and psychedelic integration.
Formats
Individual Consultation
One-on-one consultation for IFS therapists seeking case support, model deepening, or both. Available virtually, nationwide.
Group Consultation
Small cohorts of up to five therapists meeting twice monthly. Format includes live case consultation, occasional fishbowl demonstration, and peer discussion. Groups are intentionally small — this isn’t a lecture, it’s a container.
The next group cohort is currently forming. Space is limited.
